1. What materials are your products made of?
Our small leather goods are primarily crafted from high-quality pebbled leather, with select items featuring croc-embossed leather. All materials are carefully selected for durability, texture, and a premium finish.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. Shipping time varies by location, please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed estimates. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Contact customer service immediately to request a cancellation; once processing has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
4. Are your products waterproof?
Our leather products are water-resistant to a certain extent, but they are not fully waterproof. To protect your item, avoid prolonged exposure to water, and wipe off any moisture promptly with a soft cloth. We recommend using a leather conditioner regularly to maintain the leather’s quality.
5. What if my item is defective?
If you receive a defective item, please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery, providing photos of the defect. We will arrange for a free return and either issue a full refund or send a replacement, at your discretion. Shipping costs for defective items will be covered by us.
