Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Return Process: Contact our customer service to request a return authorization (RA) number. Package the item securely, include the RA number on the package, and ship it back to our designated return address. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
Exchanges: We will ship the exchanged item once the returned item is confirmed to be in eligible condition. Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer, except in cases of defective products or order errors.
