Shipping Policy

We ship to most locations worldwide. Processing time for orders is 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping time varies by destination:
- Domestic Shipping: 3-5 business days after processing.
- International Shipping: 7-14 business days after processing, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, order weight, and shipping method selected at checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly stated on our website.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package’s progress.
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost or order total. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
Undelivered Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, undeliverable address, or failure to claim the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package. If the customer chooses not to resend, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
